Search Strategy
Keyword research, competitor review, search intent, geographic opportunity, and practice-area prioritization shape what gets built and where it belongs.
PORTFOLIO / 02
Three companies, three growth systems I built and ran. Each one shows what I owned, what I did and what it produced, with dates.
SEO LEADERSHIP / WORDPRESS / CONTENT SYSTEMS
At Legal Leads Group, I lead SEO strategy, WordPress development, and technical optimization for 60+ law-firm websites competing in high-value local search markets.
After joining as an SEO Writer and Developer in March 2025, I wrote and optimized 2,400+ legal pages that increased organic traffic by 50% and lifted rankings for an average of 25 target keywords per site. I was promoted to Head of SEO in January 2026.
Today I lead a team of 15 and direct on-page and technical SEO across metadata, headers, internal linking, schema, crawlability, and site architecture. That work has improved keyword rankings by 30% across about 60 client sites since March 2025, and secured Google AI Overview citations and first-page visibility for primary focus keyphrases.
THE OPERATING MODEL
Search performance gets stronger when planning, production, development, and measurement share the same priorities. I manage those handoffs as one continuous workflow.
Keyword research, competitor review, search intent, geographic opportunity, and practice-area prioritization shape what gets built and where it belongs.
Parent pages, child services, local pages, landing pages, and editorial programs create clear topical coverage instead of disconnected content.
Page builds, migrations, redirects, metadata, headers, internal links, alt text, schema, plugins, crawlability, and responsive QA carry the strategy into production.
Search Console comparisons, query and page analysis, indexing checks, launch diagnostics, and intake feedback guide what gets corrected, expanded, or tested next.
SELECTED CLIENT SYSTEMS
These examples show the range behind the role, including local search planning, content systems, migrations, redirect logic, technical continuity, and launch measurement.
JUSTICE ON DEMAND / PHOENIX PERSONAL INJURY
Researched the Phoenix market, organized priority keywords, supported the new site structure, moved legacy blog content, and mapped redirects from the old URL pattern.
E.N. BANKS-WARE / GEORGIA FAMILY LAW
Migrated existing pages and posts into the new WordPress site, then designed redirect rules that moved date-based blog URLs into a cleaner permalink structure.
DOOLEY NOTED PROBATE / DALLAS AREA
Developed a structured program across probate services, parent and child topics, counties, and cities while keeping calls to action, metadata, and local intent consistent.
GILLIAM LAW / CHICAGO IMMIGRATION
Recovered the legacy site structure, organized the migration into WordPress, and protected the purpose of core service pages while the prior publishing system was being retired.
WESTSIDE AESTHETIC DENTISTRY / LOS ANGELES
Prepared Search Console comparisons around the June 29, 2026 launch, including clicks, impressions, average position, top queries, and top pages for a 60-day roadmap.
LAW FIRM NEWS / VISUAL SYSTEM
I create the graphics that carry Legal Leads Group articles across organic search, AI visibility, paid media, attribution, conversion data, and intake strategy.
SELECTED PUBLISHED WORK
The editorial work explains how search, paid media, content, tracking, landing pages, and intake affect the quality of the cases a firm can sign.
THE RESULT
A repeatable onboarding system that takes a new firm from credentials to launch without the search work becoming the bottleneck, supporting 60+ law-firm websites with team leadership, technical SEO, WordPress delivery, content production, AI search visibility, and performance review connected in one workflow.
CREATIVE DIRECTION / B2B STORYTELLING / SALES ENABLEMENT
As Marketing Manager at Hanson Lab Solutions, I owned marketing strategy, website performance, email campaigns, CRM coordination, and B2B lead generation.
I planned and ran 20+ campaigns across web, email, and CRM channels while directing two films and creating the Eikon Therapeutics case study as part of a broader brand and sales system.
THE DIRECTOR'S REEL
Two views of one brand: the people and process behind the work, then the products in the environments they were designed to transform.
CASE STUDY / CREATED BY DAYLIN ROCKWOOD
I created this seven-page case study to turn an 18-month, $8 million lab-environment project into a concise proof-of-capability story that connects technical execution to commercial momentum.
The case study also documents 100% on-time delivery, a 10% market-share increase, and 15 new biotech-sector client accounts.
Read the case study ↗Frame technical work around audience needs, proof, and business stakes.
Shape a visual narrative across people, process, facility, and finished environments.
Package outcomes into assets that support brand credibility and sales conversations.
B2B CAMPAIGN / CONVERSION
The original campaign goal was a 30% increase in online form submissions from a defined B2B audience.
Created the campaign strategy, message, audience targeting, landing-path alignment, and first-week performance review.
60%+ increase in online form submissions during the first week, more than doubling the original goal.
HAMEE US, CORP. / LIFECYCLE / PAID MEDIA / ANALYTICS
At Hamee US, Corp., I managed email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and product content for a B2C e-commerce business serving an average of 30,000 customers per month.
I built the lifecycle and tracking infrastructure behind the work, grew the subscriber base, launched Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Tag Manager for the US office, and managed campaign setup, testing, and optimization.
Grew an email list that started at 2,500 subscribers by adding 2,000 to 5,000 subscribers per month through promotional, automated behavioral, and community campaigns.
Launched Google Ads and Google Tag Manager for the US office, then ran 15 campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and Smart formats with tracking and A/B testing, so the account was judged on orders rather than clicks.
Ran Meta campaigns alongside search with conversion tracking wired through Tag Manager. Meta returned 3.5x on ad spend and drove $1.5 million in e-commerce revenue, inside a combined Google and Meta budget that reached about $45,000 a month at its peak.
DOCUMENTED RESULT
75%increase in online sales through the automated welcome email sequence, on top of 3.5x return on Meta ad spend.
